A: This one is intended for traditional speedlites (Canon 600EX, Nikon SB-910, etc.) For the round flashes like the Profoto A1 and Godox V1, you will go with the Rapid Box Switch system. Westcott Part #2521 (26" Rapid Box Octa-S) and Westcott Part #2540 (Profoto A1 Insert) are the pieces you will need. Q: 8. This says it's not compatible with Sony, what about the Cactus Transceiver with a Sony Flash attached on top of that?

A: Kevin,The cold shoe on the Rapid Box may not be able to attach some Sony flashes securely. Replacing the included cold shoe with the one that comes with the flash or a Sony compatible cold shoe solves that issue.

A: Yes this rapid box is perfect for a sb700. If you want to use a variety of other flashes, we recommend the rapid box switch which allows you to change your light mount.
