It is wise to keep the paper in the right order and inside of sleeve. If by chance one needs to identify which side to print, put the paper near a strong light source - up close at a sharp angle. The printable side will have a finer even texture than the back which will have a slightly more coarse texture with a faint screen pattern. Also the printable side is slightly whiter that the back. One can gauge this whiteness by laying another piece of velvet paper on and comparing.
