A: You are not able to scan directly to a flash drive on the V600. You can only save the file directly on to the computer. We do not carry any flatbed scanners that have the ability to scan directly to a USB flash drive.

A: As long as you can get the page flat on the glass you can scan. Software will set up thumbnails to select each image.

A: Yes. The Epson Perfection V600 is compatible with Mac OS 14.2.1 using Silverfast 9. It is currently free for V600 owners from Silverfast's website.

A: I use Vue Scan software. My old Epson Stylus Photo 2200 only prints up to 13 x 19 . I have made many prints this size from 35mm negs and slides using this scanner. I use Photoshop or onOne Resize to enlarge these scans. I also massage these images in Photoshop and with Topaz filters. I had a Polariod film scanner which worked well, but the old interface (SCSI) is obsolete. I bought the V600 scanner as a less expensive alternative to a dedicated film scanner and giving me the option to scan reflectives also.

A: As of 6/23/24, the Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner does not have support for macOS 14 or 14.5. The last supportive OS was Mac 8.
