The paper should be kept intact in the original package in a dry, cool, ammonia-free, hydro sulfuric gas-free and radiation-free place. A: Yes, they are compatible. Outside diameter is approx 3 inches. I had to modify one of the redrock mattebox foam donuts to get it just perfect. But no size issues with the actual redrock mattebox construction.
