Have also used it on URSA, but haven't tried it on the mini.

However, I cannot imagine why you would want to use the 323 adapter with this particular tripod, as it comes with a quick-release ball head and includes a 200LT-PL QR plate for your camera.The Manfrotto 323 RC2 adapter is intended to be used with tripod/head combinations (typically non-Manfrotto tripods) that do not have a quick-release system as part of their design.Instead of purchasing the complete 323 adapter, I would recommend replacing the 200LT-PL quick-release plate that came with your BeFree tripod with a 200PL QR plate (B&H # MA200PL). This plate is of heavy-duty construction compared to the lighter plate that you already have, and its much stronger D-ring will last a very long time.
