Q: 1. Does the included power supply for the DT20 have switchable American and UK plugs?

A: Yes, the Allen & Heath DT20-X Dante Input Interface with Power Supply comes with switchable American and UK plugs.

Q: 2. I want to extend the 4 pin XLR. Will any 4 pin XLR extension work? I'm seeing differing information among 'Laird', 'Anton Bauer' and 'Bescor' cables.

A: The male/female connector ends need to be paid attention to, as there are configurations of female-to-female, male-to-male, and female-to-male; the two ends configured for 4-pin XLR and not 3-pin. There are also shielded XLR cables that protect it from being disrupted from outside variables. The XLR cable should also be labeled as an extension cable and not just a power cable.

Q: 3. is this for a home studio use?

A: not a home studio, but a distributed network in a church. they sent audio from their main mixing console to other rooms/locations

Q: 4. I searched for "break-out boxes," but was hoping to find something that would facilitate 'monitoring' the charging voltage to a cell phone. Does anyone know of a better search criteria to 'dredge up' such an item?

A: The dBx BOB is a system specific product for dbx Drive Rack. Monitoring of charging voltage to a cell phone is generally less important than monitoring the current.

Q: 5. Will this power a lectrosonics src receiver?

A: Yes it will. But there is also a dedicated SR receiver battery sled that also has the audio output jacks on the bottom. Part number is SRBATTSLED. Q: 6. I have some devices in my rack that require 9vdc - how can I power that with this?

A: The SANUS CAPT01 MultiVolt Power Supply is not intended for use with devices that require 9V DC power. The CAPT01 features seven 12V DC power connections that are always on, four thermostat-controlled 12V DC connections, five 12V DC lights-only connections, and four 5V USB ports. A separate port is the input for the included thermostat.

Q: 7. Can I get more than 50mw out of his unit? It's range is not good enough for my needs.Brian

A: By the way, Lectro says that 50mw in the duet series is like 125mw in the analog transmitters. I have no concerns about the range on my M2R/M2T combo - it does everything I need with no drop outs.

Q: 8. Does this work with QLXD Systems?

A: No. There are two variations of the adapter. The one you need for the QLXD receiver is the Shure PS124 Power Supply With Non-Locking Power Connectors (B&H # SHPS124), not the PS124L. The PS124L has locking connectors and is designed for use with ULX, GLX-D Advanced, GLX-D and ULX-D Wireless systems, as well the PSM 900 Personal In-Ear Monitoring system. The PS124 non-locking is designed for use with the PG Wireless, PGX, QLX-D and SLX Wireless systems, as well as the PSM200 and PSM300 Personal In-Ear Monitoring systems.

Q: 9. will this replace the PS 44 power pack for a UA844?

A: Yes, this is the replacement power supply for the Shure UA844 UHF active antenna.

Q: 10. what AC wall cable should be purchased with this for use with the alexa 35?

A: The ARRI Power Supply Light 24V accepts cables that use the common IEC 60320-C13 inlet. For example, the Watson 18 AWG Universal IEC Power Cord (10'). See the link below: https://bhpho.to/3Hj5gcO

I have two of these powering different sets of pedals: one for guitar rig, and one for keyboard rig. They're the one thing in my rigs that I never have to worry about. Completely hassle-free, noiseless power. I wish they made one for larger Line6 multi-effects units, like the HD500.

I use this to power a guitar pedal rather than changing out batteries. Works perfect, no complaints.

Thicker cable than some cheaper power supplies. Works with Fender Pugilist Duel distortion pedal! The pedal can't be powered by batteries like most pedals, yet doesn't come with a power supply!: so this is a great way to power it.
