A: Ive been using this lens on the a6000 for almost two years; in my opinion, it is phenomenal. Sharp, fast, great focal length w/APS-C crop (equates to 36mm), and close focal distance. On the a6300 youll probably see even better AF, but Ive never had any complaints. I recently purchased the a7s II and my biggest hangup in moving to full frame was leaving this lens behind... its that good.For reference, Ive used the 35mm 1.8 and currently own the 50mm 1.8. Both are solid lenses and will serve you well on the a6300, but the SEL24F18Z is by far my favorite for both photo and video. Grab it now, save $200, and have fun!
