A: Unfortunately no. B&H # (this item) MOMOV3033500 does not have 1/4-20" brackets on the side.

A: This has 2 lenses included. The a6300 is $1000 body only.

A: John, there will always be a new model, but the a6000 will let you focus on your photography and less on the area you think you need. My EOS system (60D + 9 lenses + extras) is not missed. I use the 24-70 and a 18-200, and I can really recommend the a6000. Remember to get a few extra batteries though.

Q: 4. Regarding the HDMI output: Is it a 'clean' output, free of menus and obstructions to the image AND is the HDMI output live during RECORDING or only for playback?

A: Yes, the A6000 can do both of these.

A: No, It doesn't come with the charger but only one USB cable which you have to plug into your USB wall charger or laptop to charge the camera. And USB wall charger also not include with the camera.
