A: The videos will work on what they will fit on. If there's enough internal storage, that will work. Otherwise, the SD card. Strangely, the format has to be AVI. This causes files to be large but it works fine. Once you're past the conversion (many conversion tools available online), they look beautiful in the frame. Everything looks great in it.

A: Purchased this model two years ago as a marketing tool. Very satisfied. Yes you can plug in a USB flash drive, but preferred method for me is to pop in a digital camera card because you can close the access door on the card, but must leave it open to accommodate the flash drive. Like a flat screen television, truest colors are experienced when you view the image head on. Mine has been a great attention grabber and has brought customers through my front door. I was sold by the ability to wall mount this unit using what they call a VESA mount.
