In many cases from the time the product ships from overseas, to the time it takes to arrive to you, a new firmware version could be introduced, so we always recommend checking your device with the manufacturers website once you receive it to see if it is running the latest version. If a newer version is being offered it is very easy to update directly on the manufacturer's website.

A: The alternate to this 18-200mm is the silver version.

Q: 7. Can I scan onto an so card?

A: First, there is NO onboard memory slot for an SD card. Secondly as far as I know the V600 requires Epson software to function; so, it would NOT work with a thumb drive connected to the USB slot as far as I know. Really, the V600 is meant to be connected to a desktop/laptop with a monitor, obviously. Now, you do have a few options under the Select File Save Settings menu--so, if your SD card was connected to your desktop/laptop, you could save your scan to that SD card device by browsing over to that location I haven't actually tried this. Sorry for not being more helpful.

Q: 8. Is there a teleconverter that will work with this lens and the Sony A6300? I would like to use this as a combination travel and bird photo set up.

A: Unfortunately, no teleconverters can work with an 18-200mm lens.

Q: 9. Since this scanner doesn't work in Indian power conditions of 220v, can you please share an alternative scanner that would come close to the Epson Perfection V600, in terms of quality and price?Thank you
