A: At this point the battery may be charged via the USB port only when the camera is off. We will know more closer to release. For now the camera records to one drive at a time.

A: It will be 10 bit.

Q: 4. Is 48 fps possible on either CinemaDNG or ProRes?

A: You can set the camera to 24fps and shoot at 48fps. Drop the files in a 48fps project in the NLE. Audio from the camera would not be in sync in this case.

Q: 5. Is this feasibly a good still camera, also?

A: It is a cinema camera that can take stills when not recording. It wouldnt have all the functionality of a DSLR.

Q: 6. Will using the Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x on the new BMPCC 4K with EF-S lenses cause vignetting?

A: It should work.

A: Check the Blackmagic Design website for any updates to the list of supported media once the full version of Camera 6.0 is released. BRAW is currently only available on the URSA Mini Pro 4.6K cameras via Camera 6.0 Public Beta with plans for implementation on the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K in the future.
