Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this work with old manual focus Nikon lenses on a Fujifilm X100VI camera?

A: No, the FUJIFILM X100VI Digital Camera is a fixed lens camera, you cannot use a lens adapter with it. You would be able to use it on a different X-mount body.

Q: 2. Does this work for a Helios-44-2 lens?

A: The Mitakon Zhongyi Lens Turbo Adapter V2 for Full-Frame M42 Mount Lens to Fujifilm X Mount APS-C Camera will work with a Helios 44-2 lens with an M42 lens mount.

Q: 3. Does this adapter allow nikon lenses to autofocus?

A: No, this adapter is a manual focus adapter.

Q: 4. does this work for the super takumar 50mm 1.4 ? i cant find any exact details about this

A: Yes, it will.

Q: 5. I will buy the new canon m6 mark ll. will this work on it? Will I geht more focal, aperture and wider view? Thanks

A: The Metabones T Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x Adapter for Canon Full-Frame EF-Mount Lens to Canon EF-M Mount Camera will help reduce the crop factor that occurs with using an APS-C size image sensor camera such as the Canon M6 Mark 2. Normally if you used the Canon adapter on the 50mm f1.8 lens, it would look like an 80mm f1.8 in comparison to 35mm film or a full frame camera. But with the Speed Booster, the crop is reduced by 0.71x so a 50mm f1.8 would look like a 57mm lens with an f1.4 aperture.

Q: 6. Is the foot detachable?

A: Yes, there are two set screws that when removed will allow you to remove the foot print.

Q: 7. If i have eva1 and I want to mount 16-35 2.8 canon ef on it, it will work and help reduce the focal ? now 16mm look like 24mm and I want it to be\look wider

A: This adapter is made for Canon EF Lenses to Canon EF-M mirrorless cameras.

Q: 8. On the Fuji XT4, will this give me a full frame image to match my full frame lenses?

A: This will give you a Full Frame Equivalent image.

Q: 9. This adapter is OK for old NIKKOR lens on NIKON FM body for my new Fuji X-T20 camera ?

A: It should be OK except that some lenses might not fit for infinity as the rear lens element, if protrudes too much, might hit the Lens Turbo II lens. For example Super Takumar f/1.4 50mm cannot reach infinity with LTII M42 to FujiX.Same Takumar with Canon adapter will hit the lens of the LTII Canon to FujiXRollei Planar f/1.8 50mm with Canon EOS Mount will also hit the LTII glass...So you have to check how much your lens protrudes when set to infinity. It should be less than 3mm from original lens flange.

Q: 10. Can I use, g lenses like 12-24 2.8 o can I use D lenses?

A: You can use either. This adapter is non-electronic so prepare to manually focus and manually set the aperture. The reason you can use the G lenses is because there is a aperture on the adapter you use instead of setting the aperture in the lens.
