Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Working for URSA mini?

A: This will work on the Ursa Mini, just as long as you also have a V-Lock Battery Plate on the camera.

Q: 2. I am trying to charge this battery, but I think I might be doing something wrong. I am plugging the unit into the wall and leaving the light off for several hours, but it is not taking a charge. I am not using a charger. I am using the actual wall plug in that came with the battery and the Aputure LS1 LED light. Can somebody advise me on how to charge this battery? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

A: This battery is meant to be charged through the D-Tap connection on the side of it with a wall plug type of charger. (The D-Tap has two copper colored holes) Does the wall plug you are using look like the one attached? You connect the battery to your electrical system with the wall plug power adapter. You mention leaving the light off for several hours, and I am not sure what light you mean. I can only think that you are in a home where wall outlets are controlled by wall switches and you are not only turning out lights but also the power to the wall plug as well.

Q: 3. Can these fit any v-mount plate?

A: Yes they can. This battery should fit on any V-Mount battery plate.

Q: 4. how long will this battery last.

A: How long this battery will last completely depends on what you are using it with. It is rated for 95 Watt Hours. For a smaller camera with a low power draw like the Sony A7S, using a D-Tap adapter, you could get 20 hours or more. If you are using it on a bigger camera like the Blackmagic Design Ursa, using a VLock Battery Plate, you may get a little over an hour.

Q: 5. Will this battery work with these lights?a href= http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1081003-REG/genaray_spectroled_360_bi_color_led.html target= _blank http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1081003-REG/genaray_spectroled_360_bi_color_led.html/aThese batteries operate normally at 14.8v but the lights say they can be used with 12-14.4v. Sorry if the answer to this question is as obvious as it seems.

A: This will work just fine with the Genaray SpectroLED. We even have a few other battery and power solutions with a 14.8v rating listed for the light. That is just a nominal rating for the battery, it will not cause any damage to the light if you use a battery that is slightly higher.

Q: 6. Does a battery stacked onto the hotswappable one charge the hotswappable battery? For example if you have the 98w HS and you stack a 150w. Will the 150w charge the 98w?

A: The bebob B90 CineHS 14.4/28.8V 86Wh Hot Swap B-Mount Li-Ion Battery is not listed as being able to charge the other battery.

Q: 7. Some of my Bebob batteries are hard to attach and detach it to the camera body, and to the charger. Anyone experience this? Also

A: The bebob B90 CineHS 14.4/28.8V 86Wh Hot Swap B-Mount Li-Ion Battery B-mount may need to break in and loosen on some batteries. However, we have not heard of this issue with B-Mount batteries before.

Q: 8. Why am I getting a voltage reading of 16.1v? Doesn't the product name say 14.8v?

A: Because batteries rarely operate at exactly the voltage listed. The listed voltage is more or less the average voltage. The drop in voltage output is how a device tells how much charge is left in a battery. I wouldnt be the least bit concerned about a battery reading 1.3V above its listed voltage when fully charged.

Q: 9. Working for zoom f8 recorder?

A: The USB output will allow the F8 to be powered.

Q: 10. Will these work with this Dracast charger? (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1128153-REG/dracast_dr_2x90s_1xch2_90wh_dual_v_mount_battery.html)

A: Yes, the Bebob Micro V-mount battery will work with the Dracast charger.
