A: Olympus / Leica support they refer to here is for the Micro 4/3's type of cameras. The Leica S2 / 006 / 007 uses the stand Leica protocol, same as for the Leica R and Leica S. Two different flash protocols. So this is NOT intended for your Leica S.Whether the unit will still work just to send a best trigger message, I do not know.

Q: 2. Does HS work with the Panasonic G9?

A: This transmitter does allow Hi-Sync functions to work on Panasonic Lumix cameras such as the G9, when using the Rotolight Neo 2.

A: i believe there is a firmware update needed for the full control of the rotolights to be in the non rotolight transmitter.

A: Unfortunately, Elinchrom does not have a Skyport transmitter designed for use with Pentax cameras. They only have options for Canon, Nikon, Olympus/Panasonic (Micro Four Thirds cameras), and Sony.

A: Yes. But will have to be used in all manual mode as the sky-port does not accommodate the Pentax IDM metering system.

A: According to Rotolight, the Rotolight Elinchrom EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus HS for Nikon is the same as the Elinchrom transmitter; it simply arrives out of the box with the correct updated firmware for use with the Rotolight LED light fixtures.Rotolight does state that, at the moment, Elinchrom has released a firmware version for their transmitters for Nikon and Canon that do NOT work with the Rotolight LED lights (firmware version 2.10). As such, if you were looking to buy a new transmitter and update the firmware for use with their LED lights, you would be better to buy the Rotolight-optimized transmitter as it will work out of the box.

A: According to a Facebook post from Elinchrom LTD posted last year, and according to a press release issued by Rotolight on August 31, 2017, Fujifilm will be their next supported brand and a a Skyport Plus HS transmitter for Fujifilm should be released this year. However, at this time, there has not been a press release or an announcement of a specific arrival date for the Skyport Plus HS transmitter for Fujifilm. As such, I would simply recommend periodically checking our website or checking both Elinchrom's or Rotolight's press release webpage for an announcement or update concerning the Skyport Plus HS transmitter for Fujifilm. If you wish, you may connect a Skyport Plus HS transmitter for Nikon or Canon on a Fujifilm camera, but you would not get TTL automatic exposure or Hi-Speed sync capabilities when using a Skyport Plus HS transmitter not designed for your camera brand. You would have to set the flash output power manually when using a non-dedicated Skyport Plus HS transmitter.
