The 120V 24862F Tensioned Advantage Deluxe Electrol 87 x 139" Ceiling-Recessed Motorized Screen (box available separately) from Da-Lite is designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim. The Advantage line of projection screens is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening in the ceiling, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Tensioned screens ensure the smoothest surface possible, and the screen features a closure door that hides the open space and screen in the ceiling, providing a cleaner aesthetic. The screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Note: This screen does not include a box, and is designed for installations where a box has previously been selected. Please ensure the box you are using is compatible - i.e., is of the same size and has the same option - as with this fabric, roller, and motor assembly. The box that goes with this model number is: 24862B.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How do I connect power to this camera without using a professional security camera set up. I want to connect this camera to an external recorder, like ATOMOS. Is there a special recorder?

A: This camera puts out video in the following formats: HD-CVI, AHD, and CVBS multiformat video output support. and standard HD Analog DVR that supports any of these formats will be able to record.

Q: 2. Can this box be angled up toward ceiling at 45 degrees? Is the slit long enough? I want to use as background for high key fashion head shots....

A: It does not angle well. On a C stand you can rotate the arm up, but it still tends to slip. this is really my only gripe o this product.

Q: 3. Can I use this with Sigma S 150-600mm ?

A: No problem. I mount a Nikon D750 with the Sigma 150-600 and it is very stable. The ballhead spec is 37 lbs load, and it is very solid. Tighten the screw and it doesn't sag at all. You may want to adjust the QR on the lens foot to get the best balance.

Q: 4. How does this camera mount, from bottom or top?

A: There is a 1/4" mount hole on the top and bottom of the unit that you can connect to a mount.

Q: 5. How much ink do each Epson R1900 ink cartridge hold? Is it around 5oz?

A: The Epson R2000 genuine ink cartridges are 17 ml each (0.574 oz.) where as the Epson R1900 are 11.4 ml each (0.385 oz.). These two printers are identical in print quality as they are essentially the same printer internally except the R2000 has additional connection options including wireless. Genuine replacement ink cartridges vary in cost but both are Epson UltraChrome Hi-Gloss.

Q: 6. what is the tension control?

A: 3 knobs - big one controls tilt up down sideways, smaller one on the bottom allows turning side to side and top one is to secure base plate. All work very well.

Q: 7. What is the content in M/L in each cartridge?

A: I have no idea what that means and nowhere on the cover does it state M/L. Harry Becker

Q: 8. Does this replace LHC-ET8311?

A: The Vello hood is not a replacement for the ET83111. It is a lower cost alternative to this Canon hood: https://bhpho.to/3hNkyLM

Q: 9. Does this mount work with a drop ceiling?

A: This mount will not connect directly to a drop ceiling. It could pass through the ceiling tile to the architectural ceiling above.

Q: 10. how many pounds?

A: 2.0 lbs.
