Designed for those into filmmaking, this equipment can be easily adjusted and readjusted with the flick of a quick-release lever. It consists of 20” industry-standard 15mm support rods (a front 12” section and an 8” rear section), a compact 9” dovetail sliding baseplate, and camera support spacer.

Sliding the mounted camera setup on the cine base helps achieve a balance with regard to the former's center of gravity, whereas, rods can support the weight of added heavy accessories. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this lens work on the cannon 6d?

A: Not really. The image circle from this lens is designed for APS-C size sensors, not full frame sensors such as what are used in the Canon 6D, 5D series, and 1D series EOS cameras. A full frame sensor will reproduce a circular image. with a black border. The 14mm lens is designed for full frame sensors.

Q: 2. will this work as a 16mm on my BMPCC4k?

A: All lenses used on the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K are subject to the camera's 1.9x crop factor. This lens will be no different, even if it is designed to be used on an MFT mount camera. It will be the equivalent of a 30.4mm lens.

Q: 3. This lens is for a full frame? I have a 5dmk3.

A: Yes, this is an EF lens. It will work with a Full Frame camera and a Crop Sensor cameras.

Q: 4. Will there be vignetting with a metabones xl used with a GH5s?

A: This lens is APS-C, not full frame. The Metabones XL has a 0.64x crop, there may be some vignetting. It would probably be a better idea to get a Full Frame lens like the Rokinon 14mm T3.1 Cine DS Lens for Canon EF Mount.https://bhpho.to/2kXJVNq

Q: 5. Is this lens will work on a Panasonic GH4 with metabones adapter of course?

A: Yes, you can use this Rokinon 16mm Nikon F mount lens on a GH4. However, there is no Metabones adapter available to do this. Metabones Nikon F to MTF adapters are for Blackmagic cameras only unfortunately. Of the others available, the expensive but superb MTF Services Ltd Nikon G to Micro 4/3 Adapter B&H # MTNIKGM43 is the one we recommend. It is beautifully made, will hold the lens perfectly for infinity focus and will do so for years of hard professional use.

Q: 6. Can this be used on a Blackmagic?

A: If the blackmagic is equipped with an EF mount then yes and works well

Q: 7. how will it work on ursa mini's super35 sensor?

A: It will work fine on the URSA Mini 4K and 4.6K. Apparently it produces a 30mm image circle which will just cover the 29mm diagonal of the 4.6K and more than enough for the 4K. I realize this is an old question, but newer shoppers may still want to know.

Q: 8. can this be used for canon c100 and canon 650d ?

A: This lens can be used with any camera regardless of brand as long as the camera has an EF mount.

Q: 9. Is it possible to go the other way (Full frame lens with APS-C camera)?

A: Yes, you can use a Full Frame lens on a a APS-C sensor camera. You can also use a Full Frame lens on a Full Frame camera. However, you cannot use a APS-C lens on a Full Frame camera, particularly wide angle lenses. If it mounts on the camera, you will get vignetting.

Q: 10. Can you screw on threaded filters to this lens?

A: Yes you can. This lens has a 77mm filter thread.
