Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What colors are available in focus peaking mode? Can all 4 of the inputs be set to focus peaking in quad view?

A: The focus peaking color of the ATEM156 monitor is currently only white. If you choose quad view, the focus peaking of the monitor will only be applied to one of the inputs.

Q: 2. What other connection does this card need besides the PIC bus? Does it need extra power?

A: No extra power is required for the Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder Capture Card. All you will require is a PCI-E slot with the specs listed below. Computer Interface: PCI Express 8 lane generation 3, compatible with 8 and 16 lane PCI Express slots.

Q: 3. will this card works with a PCIe x4 slot?

A: The answer is no it requires an X8 or X16 slot.

Q: 4. Would this support live color grading of an HDR signal inside of Resolve Studio? Signal would be coming from various game consoles.

A: Sorry - should have elaborated. Potential setup: Standalone PS5 outputting HDR signal to HDMI splitter; splitter output #1 to HDR monitor #1 for untreated monitoring; splitter output #2 to PC and into Resolve for "live" color grading on HDR monitor #2. By "live" I mean without capturing video clips to THEN be graded. A slight lag/delay doesn't matter too much - I'd just like the game to remain playable and have the preview in Resolve update automatically, and support setting up grades without needing to capture clips.

Q: 5. Does this work with livestream studio?

A: Yes, this is compatible with Livestream Studio.

Q: 6. What are the dimensions INCLUDING the case?

A: Unfortunately, Feelworld at this time does not provide the size of case.

Q: 7. Can this be used in conjunction with the Blackmagic Decklink Duo to give 4 HDMI I/O along with 4 SDI I/O options?

A: Yes, you can use two Decklink cards in one PC.

Q: 8. Any success using this inside of a T3 eGPU enclosure?

A: I have had perfect success with the Sonnet Technologies Echo Express SE IIIe 3 PCIe Slot, Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Chassis. Has worked perfectly!

Q: 9. Is there any latency (lag) with this monitor?

A: Our in house test show that the FeelWorld ATEM156 shown close to no latency issues.

Q: 10. Is there a user manual somewhere?

A: Yes, you can find it on the Blackmagic Design website. If you go into the DeckLink product specs page you can find the link in the Description section. You can also find it in the Support page under Latest Support Notes. It is also included when you install the Desktop Video driver for the card.
