The Advantage line of projection screens is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening in the ceiling, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Tensioned screens ensure the smoothest surface possible, and the screen features a closure door that hides the open space and screen in the ceiling, providing a cleaner aesthetic. A: The pole extends automatically using built in air pressure. You have to push it down. Not trivial given it can raise a heavy TV. I stand close to it and place the palm of my hand on top of the tube that rises (has a plastic cap so no sharp edges). Then I kind of lock that shoulder and use my weight to lower it. Have the other hand on the knob that will lock it in place. Hope that's helpful.
