A: Yes, it will. But you can use the Profoto Speedring for OCF Flash Heads - 101210 - a little less expensive.Profoto softboxes are divided in categories by the amount of heat they support. They are OCF, RFi and HR. The first, OCF is designed to work with heads that have a LED modeling light - B1 and B2. It means less heat. The second, RFi is designed to suport some more heat, D1, D2 heads for example. They work with halogen modeling lights. Then we have the third, continuos light devices that need to be HR - heat resistant.The size of the fit is always the same, the differences are in heat resistance and weight.

A: The Nissin MF18 for Sony is compatible with the Sony A7rIII camera. The included "adapter" rings are used to attach the ring flash to the front of your lens. As sold the MF18 Sony unit includes rings for the following lens sizes: 49mm, 55mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, and 77mm. Additional adapter rings are available for purchase separately for 52mm and 82mm size filter threads.

Q: 5. Is there a trick to breaking this thing down? I feel I procrastinate trying to pull the rods out of this as it takes super human strength and finger muscles like Arnold's biceps. I've searched for videos but nothing yet. I'd love it if someone had an easy way here.

A: You need to pull the rod straight out. If you have it under tension against the front edge of the ring it will be very difficult to remove.

A: The flash comes with 6 adapter rings that mount on the filter threads on the front of the lens which is a different number from the focal length I believe your mentioning. The adapter rings come in 52mm / 58mm / 62mm / 72mm / 77mm. You will need to check to see what size filer your lens takes and then compare to the list above.
