The Tiffen 52mm Black Diffusion/FX 2 Filter diffuses strong light entering the lens and produces a glowing effect. While the resulting image appears softer and ethereal, there is little loss of clarity or detail. This filter works by diffusing the light entering the lens with small aberrations; by spreading the light more evenly, a soft glow is created rather than the sharp, well-defined image when shooting without a filter. This filter has a 2 density, providing a subtle amount of softening.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounting to precision metal rings.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this work with a Nikon d7500? Can I use the Moza Timelapse Camera Shutter Control Cable Set N2 for Moza Air & AirCross Gimbals (Nikon)?

A: Our understanding is the upgrade to 2 does not affect backwards compatibility. Since your camera is listed for the first model we feel it will work on the 2.

Q: 2. Does this lens has a clicked manual focus as Ive seen o na youtube video or thats an older version?

A: Yes, you can switch from auto focus to manual by pulling the lens ring towards the camera. It's a nice lens.

Q: 3. Will it work with Nikon D3300 (Compatibility)? Would I be able to use the Timelapse function using a Nikon D3000 series camera?

A: Most likely since the gimbal Supports most mirrorless and DSLR cameras up to 5.5 lb

Q: 4. Can one compartment fit the Sony 400/2.8 with inverted lens hood, and attached body with battery grip?

A: While you did not specify which Sony camera body you own, from the dimensions of the Gura Gear Kiboko 2.0 30L Backpack (Black) and the images shown of the case, yes, it should be able to accommodate the Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens with the attached Sony ALC-SH155 Lens Hood and a Sony camera body with a battery grip.

Q: 5. does this camera come with a memory card or you need to buy one separately?

A: The Canon PowerShot SX740 HS Digital Camera (Black) does not come with a memory card. You will need to buy this accesory separately. The camera is compatible with SD cards.

A: China is the country of origin for this lens.

Q: 7. Is the waist belt sewn in or removable on the 30L 2.0 version?

A: The waist belt is permanently attached.

A: Yes, this lens is compatible with the XT200.

Q: 9. Will the Moza AirCross 2 and Slypod work with the new Canon R5 and R6?

A: The Canon R5 and R6 cameras will be compatible with lens combinations under 7 lbs for balancing and movement on the Moza AirCross 2 and the Moza Slypod. At this time, Moza does not have electronic support for either camera for control of settings, but may introduce a firmware upgrade after the cameras are released.

Q: 10. Is this good for shooting video on the GH4 since it doesn't have manual focus?

A: It does have manual focus, but it is focus-by-wire. Because of that it does take some getting used to, and I greatly prefer a lense where you physically turn the glass, but you will get used to it if you use it enough. I don't use it as often for video where I am pulling focus, but it looks great for set shots such as interviews where you don't have to change the focus much if at all.
