A: Hi the adapter worked OK I shot it on a 5d, a 5d mk2 and a 7d, I shot a 50mm1.4, a 35mm f 2 and a 200 f 2.8, it is a little soft and you can only shoot the lens wide open, so... but it works and gives reasonable results for the cost, also there is an additional magnification factor of 1.2 or 1.3???? so that will multiply your lenses a bit.
