A: There's actually a polished aluminum reflector plate that mounts inside the modifier similar to a beauty dish set up. It does pretty well minimizing hot spots and spreading light, also reducing the need for super wide angle flashes.

A: no, it is designed for one speedlight. I did use pocket wizzards and used another speedlight to uplight my subject. it worked well!

A: It works with my Yongnuo 685 and i think it should work with any speedlight it has an option to adjust the height of the flash body

A: Yes it does, without the reflector dome. You may also be interested in the Rapid Box Switch Octa-S (Westcott part #2521) with the A1 Insert (Westcott part #2540) due to that insert being wider, and you can swap out the insert for any other lights that you may own and still use the same Rapid Box Modifier.

Q: 10. Does this work with Practilite 602?

A: Michael, This kit is not available in a mount for the Practilite. However, The 26 Octa S and the expanded line of Rapid Boxes are now available in a switchable mount. Adding the Profoto Switch mount should allow you to use your Practilite with any of the Rapid Box Switch modifiers.
