Q: 1. The video files (full HD and 4K) that mine creates won't play or edit on any PC software I have. What do you all use?

A: VLC is a great program that plays virtually any video file.

Q: 2. Hello, I'm a little bit confused here. This web page claims that this camera don't have interval recording but Canon's official web page claims that the camera has time-lapse movie function. Is there any difference between those functions? Thanks.

A: Those two functions are similar. Just time lapse gives you all of the photos to later join them in a video in a computer with your own software. Time lapse movie will join the photos in camera into a video. Please take a look here in the manual page 49 as it explains how the time lapse movie function works. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/404142.pdf

Q: 3. Does it have any object or active tracking features?

A: The Moza Air 2 does have object and active tracking features.

Q: 4. Can I use this lens in a Sony ar7II? I now it wont cover the full frame, but I wonder hao much coverage this lens would have. Thank you

A: You can use this lens in crop mode on the A7R II.

Q: 5. Can the AirCross 2 break down into separate smaller parts for travel like the Ronin SC?

A: This gimbal is not broken down in the same way as the Ronin-SC. It is for the most part one larger piece.

Q: 6. can i pay thru paypal and pick item up in store ?

A: Yes, you can make a purchase through Paypal and pick up the order in-store.

Q: 7. Will this work with a Nikon d7500? Can I use the Moza Timelapse Camera Shutter Control Cable Set N2 for Moza Air & AirCross Gimbals (Nikon)?

A: Our understanding is the upgrade to 2 does not affect backwards compatibility. Since your camera is listed for the first model we feel it will work on the 2.

Q: 8. Anyone know what size lens cap would fit the front of this lens hood?

A: You can use a 49mm lens cap with this hood.

Q: 9. The compatibility list does not include Canon EOS 7D Mark II. Is this camera specifically unsupported for some reason?

A: You are correct, the compatibly chart released by the Manufacturer does not list the 7D Mark II. We are not aware of the exact reason why it is not listed, however we have to assume that it is not compatible with the electronic controls this gimbal offers. You would still be able to balance and shoot with a 7D Mark II on this gimbal, as it supports many cameras of the same size, it is just that electronic control is not listed as supported.

Q: 10. SO i recently just bought this & put on my Canon M50 mark ii & the aperture just keeps moving on its own. Does that mean my lens is broken?!! Bc i’ve literally tired everything. It won’t stop & I can’t even take a picture

A: If the physical aperture ring is moving on its own, that would be a defect in the unit. If on your camera it is showing the aperture changing on its own it could be a number of things. Check to see if your physical aperture ring is set to A, if it is, then you that means you control the aperture from the camera and could be changing on its own if you are in aperture priority or program mode.
