The TecNec Plenum Visca Camera Control Cable 9-P D-Sub F to 8-P DIN M 50 Ft is a camera control cable for RS-232C control of a color CCTV video camera from a PC. It connects to a camera on one end and to a PC on the other. The connectors are a 9-pin D-sub female to an 8-pin DIN male.

Supported cameras include the Sony EVI-D30 and EVI-D31 and the Canon VC-C4R and VC-C4.

Q: 2. What external RAW codecs can the FX6 record? Is it only ProResRaw, can it do BRAW, or does Sony have their own version of RAW?

A: The FX6 only puts out ProRes RAW.

Q: 3. How does the FX6 color match with the FS5? Will I need a lot of post production to color match?

A: Yes but it will require a bit of set up. You will need to customize one of the profiles in each camera to have matched settings. For example making sure that they are both in S-Log2 using the same gamma settings etc. The FX6 will still look better than the FS5 but with proper set up you should be able to get them fairly close to each other in camera.

Q: 4. I am wondering if video from this camera and the Sony a7siii would inter cut seamlessly. Or if I am shooting raw from the a7sii and the FX6 via an Atomos recorder, I would think the video would be very easy to grade and match..perfectly?

A: as long as the cameras are shot in the same picture profiles and similar codecs the will match
