The black EVF-1122S Single 12” 2-Way Full-Range Indoor Loudspeaker System from Electro-Voice can be used in a variety of applications where high-quality sound reinforcement is required. It utilizes the high-output ND2B 2” titanium compression driver, coupled with a constant directivity 90° x 60° waveguide. The SMX2121 12” woofer uses FEA optimization for motor, suspension, and electrical design to ensure very low distortion, high efficiency, and maximum intelligibility at high SPL. The crossover uses steep, 24-dB-per-octave slopes with equalization for smooth response in the vocal range, linear off-axis response, and a protection circuit for long-term reliability.

The trapezoidal enclosure of the loudspeaker is constructed of 13-ply birch, and coated with EVCoat for maximum protection from external elements. The acoustic and rigging design allows for vertical and horizontal clusters to be built using any combination of loudspeakers from the entire EVF and EVH series. The input panel includes dual 4-pin 10 AWG Phoenix connectors. An externally accessible jumper selects passive or active operation.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. My G6 outputs RW2 at 72 dpi and JPG at 180 dpi. I need higher dpi for publishing, what does the GX85 output? Thanks.

A: DPI alone doesn't define publishers' needs. A 20x30 image at 100dpi has exactly the same resolution as a 10x15 at 200dpi, or a 2x3 image at 1000 dpi - all images are 2000x3000 pixels. Set the camera to Raw and the highest JPEG resolution and you'll get the maximum resolution the camera can deliver: 4592 x 3448 pixels. If the publisher wants the highest resolution possible, just convert the raw to TIFF or a 100% JPEG, and don't re-size the image when you export it.

Q: 2. Is it possible to transfer photos/videos directly to your phone via USB-C?

A: It is impossible to transfer photos/videos directly to your phone via the USB-C with the Sigma fp L Mirrorless Camera with EVF-11 Electronic Viewfinder.

Q: 3. Is there an optional electric jumper cord to the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF for remote mounting? What type of connection does this EVF use?

A: Yes, Tilta has made one now.

Q: 4. What kind of telphoto lens I can get to go with the camera?

A: How about Panasonic 45-150, 14-140 and 12-60 mm lenses?

Q: 5. What is battery life like with the various recording modes and with the EVF?

A: While Sigma does not list estimated battery life for various video recording modes, the instruction manual does list on page 167 that the number of minutes of recordable continuous shooting is approximately 60 minutes per charge.

Q: 6. How fast can this camera focus?

A: Sigma fp L Mirrorless Camera focuses very quickly, I have not perceived any delay in regular use. There is some delay when the subject has no contrast for example a white smooth wall or in low light. The delay will depend on many factors for example how low the available light it.

Q: 7. Hi. Does the DMC-GX85 touchscreen turn inside out so as to protect it from scratches when not being used?

A: No it does not. It is adjustable up and down only. Thanks Roger Call

Q: 8. If you use an APS-C lens on this FF camera, how many megapixels are in the resulting images?

Q: 9. How is this an "8K Raw Recording and Broadcast Kit" when the Sigma fp l can only output 4K video?

A: The Sigma FP and the Ninja Ultra will only support up to 4k recording. However, the Ninja Ultra can support up to 8k recording with supported camera models.

Q: 10. Can you set up the rear control dial so that rotating it controls exposure compensation, but pressing it has NO EFFECT?

A: First, you press it and rotate the dial to set it. Then if you just press it it will have no effect.
