RCF's 8" 100W Weatherproof 2-Way Speaker System is a weatherproof, full-range, wide-dispersion, two-way loudspeaker system suitable for several indoor or outdoor applications.

This speaker features a 1.5" diaphragm compression driver, a 1" rotatable horn with constant directivity of 90x60°, and a 8" high-efficiency, low-frequency transducer with a 1.5" voice coil. This speaker system in enclosed in a single-piece rotational-molded, UV-protected, polyethylene cabinet.

The cabinet is equipped with 4x8 brass inserts and a steel U-Bracket. The front logo is in aluminum and rotatable.

The grille is custom perforated aluminum with open-cell fibers and water-repellent, woven fabric backing.

This speaker system is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, and meets the requirements of IP55 code.

Q: 1. Does this tripod work well with the Manfrotto 405 geared head for still life / product photography?Do I need any additional attachments to connect the head?

A: I've got an MHXPRO-3WG mounted on the MT055XPRO3 tripod and needed no extra parts/tools. The system is used for imaging 3D artwork in a light tent and works great. As noted in the other posts the 405 should also work well with the MT055XPRO3 tripod. Good luck with your quest...

Q: 2. Can I use this with Canon 750d for sigma 150-600 sports lens

A: The Manfrotto will work but with a large lens like the Sigma 150-600 Sport I think you would be happier with a head that has an Arca type plate so you will have at least two screws holding on the plate.I use the MT055PRO3 combination mainly for macro and lighter work and for lenses 5lbs. and up I use the Wimberley WH200 and Benro BENRO COM48CXL COMBINATION SER 4 CF tripod.The gimbal might be overkill but any quality head with an arca type will be better and more secure than the Manfrotto with the single screw.

Q: 3. Does the bubble leveler being on the plate mount prevent you from using a video head?

A: A video head with a flat base and a 3/8" screw thread would not interfere with the bubble level on the base of this tripod.

Q: 4. Are there any tripod heads that are for photography and videography that dont compromise on quality? Been looking at Manfrotto but have seen mixed reviews.

A: Fluid heads are great for video because they allow for smooth panning motions which is desirable for professional looking footage. For photography, it will work, sure. Having been using DSLRs for over 20 years, I prefer the versatility of a ball head any day over a fluid head. If you take more pictures, use a ball head. If you do video mostly, get a fluid head. There are inexpensive ball heads out there. This fluid head is very well built and is smooth as butter.

Q: 5. I would like to remove the center column. If I do there is no way to screw in a ball head. what part can I buy to attach to this tripod which would allow me to use the tripod with a ball head and no center column?

A: There is no short column option for this tripod. This Manfrotto tripod has the 90 degree lateral arm feature. Because of this mechanism, an alternative column cannot be used.

A: No, a carrying case is not included with the Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 Aluminum Tripod. If you are looking for a case that would be compatible with the tripod, I would recommend the Manfrotto MBAG80N Unpadded Tripod Bag, B&H # MAMBAG80N, for your needs.

Q: 7. does this have a "leveler" showing a bubble in a liquid display, which if centered means the tripod is set up in a level position?

A: Yes it does. The Manfrotto XPRO Magnesium Ball Head included in this tripod kit has bubble levels on it.

A: This head has a fixed pan drag, so any time you panned you would probably end up twisting the head off when panning right to left; or simply twisting the legs of the Gorillapod and ruining your shot.
