The black 16 x 26" Bass Drum Case from SKB is tough-minded, durable case for your valuable drum. It's manufactured to accommodate one drum within its rotationally molded polyethylene frame and protect your instrument both inside and outside. The exterior is a hard shell, D-shaped design and accented with SKB's Roto-X molded pattern that allows you to stack similar cases. The inside is padded to be extra gentle on your drum.

The case comes with pedestal feet that maintain stability when it's placed on the floor. Closing the case is achieved via the heavy-duty, wraparound web strap that contains a high-tension slide release buckle to provide rapid access to the interior.

Rotational molding is a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Q: 1. Will this work with the Profoto A1? (Someone who actually tried this please answer)

A: It should work because you can adjust the hight of it to fit any flash in it and the light guality is beautiful from it. And in opinion its better to use westcott deflector plate for this Rapid Box to get even light quality without any hotspot from the middle of it.

Q: 2. Will this fit on my Profoto B1X?

A: No, this will only work with speedlights.

Q: 3. Does it come with a carrying case?

A: The Westcott Rapid Box - 26 Octa Softbox included in the kit would come with a carrying case. No carrying case is included with the light stand.

Q: 4. Can I use this on my godox ad200?

A: Yes you can. You would have to buy a small ballhead to mount it. There is a youtube video on this by a photographer named Wes Perry.

Q: 5. is anyone else using youngnuo YN22N i-TTL trigger with this softbox? I am frequently getting all channel and band blinking (error) with the included shoe mount, I have to nudge the whole setup in proper way...and this is not really an ideal situation where time allocation is very tight...

A: I am using these triggers with my Canon 600EX and 580EX II flashes and the softbox, and I have not had any trouble with the set up. It's low hanging fruit but if I had this issue I'd start with removing the batteries (then put them back in) and then try to cycle the triggers through all the cannels, to reset back to channel 1. When I turn my triggers on they are set to 622, not 560-RX. Hope maybe helps a little...

Q: 6. no deflector plate?

A: Deflector plates are separate. I eventually bought one but you don't have to get one. The quality of light is great without it, and freakin's superb with it.

Q: 7. Will my Nikon SB700 fit in these Rapid Boxes?

A: Yes. Absolutely. This fits any standard size flash.

Q: 8. If I take the "Adjustable Shoe Mount Tilter and Swivel Bracket" would I make it a Rapid Box Octa-S to use it with a strobe?

A: If you want to use a speedlite with the Rapid Box-Octa-S, you will need to get Westcott part #2541. If you want to use any other mount (ie. Bowens, Profoto, Elinchrom) you just need that specific insert and you can change the mount for your Rapid Box in seconds.

Q: 9. Will this work with a Gotex TT350 that has the smaller Sony hot shoe bracket?

A: Yes. I have used this soft box both the Godox TT350 and the Godox TT685.

Q: 10. How tall does the light stand go?

A: Almost 7 feet, it becomes a little unstable at that heigth, must use a sandbag, in case you use it in an exterior location.
