Q: 1. Can Converter lenses FCON-101, WCON-101 and MCON-P02 be used with the supplied ED 14-42/EZ lens? I read somewhere that a 14-42/ ll R lens is to be used instead !

A: The F-Con P01 and W-Con P01 can NOT be used with the 14-42EZ because they used a Bayonet style of Mount that was available on the NON EZ version of the :Lens. However The MCON-P02 mounts by screwing on to the Filter threads so it is compatible with the 14-42EZ lens

Q: 2. Is this a different lens hood from the one that ships with the lens? This looks more like the Leica M-style hoods. I just bought an XF23mm f/2 R WR (kit with X-Pro2), and the hood with it seems shorter/shallower, tapering in (instead of out) as it gets further from the front element. Seems like a pretty poor design.If this is different, will it fit on my 23mm f/2 R WR?

A: I bought it to replace the plasticky one that comes with the lens. it also fits on my 35 mm f2.0,it is a much better looking all metal hood.No interference noticed with the cap nor a filter you may use.I just wished it comes standard with the f2.0 series of lenses.

Q: 3. For manual focus in video, is the focus ring loose or stiffer?

A: The Panasonic 20mm isn't ideal for video shooting. The focus ring is fairly stiff but usable. Also, the primary complaint of this lens is that is can be slow to auto focus. Great still lens photography though.

Q: 4. Does this lens have a hood?

A: Viltrox AF 56mm f/1.4 XF Lens for FUJIFILM X aperture ring is more embedded in the lens design, therefore is less likely to get dust under the ring. Please keep in mind this is a cine lens and there is no D-click on the aperture ring.

Q: 6. The Memory Card suggested is a Type II Card. Specifically, a UHS-II / V90 / U3 / Class 10. A SanDisk 128GB card of this type costs $164.99. Is this what I need? A: To shoot 4k video you need to use a V90 card that is UHS-II. The memory card port in the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV is made for UHS-II. Using a UHS-1 card will work for shooting still photos but will be slow.

A: No. You would need an adapter but the sensor in micro four thirds cameras is smaller and I doubt they would cover the entire A5000 sensor. You would also lose autofocus and aperture control.
