This 19° Fixed Beam Lens Tube for SPX Ellipsoidal by Philips Selecon allows the SPX to project beam diameters of 8.4 - 23.4' at throw distances of 25 - 70'. The medium narrow beam is perfect for projecting gobo patterns at a distance or for use with an iris for even narrower beams or special effects. This is an ideal lens to take advantage of the SPX's peak/flat light distribution control.

A: No it will not. This lens is formatted for APS-C sensors, and if used on the A7r will cause the camera to crop its sensor, and will have an equivalent focal length of 30mm.

A: Yes, you could use the Godox FLS8 Fresnel Lens along with a Nanlite FS-300 lamphead.

A: It's designed for an APS-C / crop sensor. And it has pretty good quality on one of those. I believe the FE mount is the same actual mount, and the lens will physically attach to an A7. But, the glass is designed for the crop frame sensor and I'd expect many issues on the edges (softness, heavy vignetting, off distortions) which would never be in the image on the crop frame it's designed for.The A7 probably has a function to automatically crop the sensor to APS-C size in the menu. But then it'll have a cropped view similar to a 30mm (guessing about 16 Megapixels).

Q: 8. Will this work on an older model. Like a Fuji X-E1?

A: Yes FUJIFILM XC 35mm f/2 Lens is compatible with the Fuji XE1 digital camera.
