A: The Westcott Rapid Box - 26 Octa Softbox included in the kit would come with a carrying case. No carrying case is included with the light stand.

A: It works with my Yongnuo 685 and i think it should work with any speedlight it has an option to adjust the height of the flash body

A: As others have mentioned, it's made for and works great on a light stand. I imagine you could rig something up to use it on a tripod. I bought the Westcott 8' Light Stand and it works great on that and you can extend it way up nice and high. That can be helpful if you want your light to come from above. If you use the stand outside in the wind though, you will want to anchor it with some weight.

Q: 4. Will this work with the Profoto A1? (Someone who actually tried this please answer)

A: It should work because you can adjust the hight of it to fit any flash in it and the light guality is beautiful from it. And in opinion its better to use westcott deflector plate for this Rapid Box to get even light quality without any hotspot from the middle of it.

A: Yes, you can use it as a fill light. I use often as a main and fill light on location with SB 910 as my flash. It comes with white diffusion layer to soften the silver lining of the box.

A: There's actually a polished aluminum reflector plate that mounts inside the modifier similar to a beauty dish set up. It does pretty well minimizing hot spots and spreading light, also reducing the need for super wide angle flashes.

Q: 9. Will the Bowens S mount speedlight bracket fit on this soft box that has the built in metal plate that surrounds the speedligt? A: The built in bracket would not appear to support an additional S mount. It does however keep the weight of the box from falling on the speedlight or its hot shoe. For a Bowens mount that would accept the S mount, consider the Joel Grimes Rapid Box Beauty Dish.
