A: Yes. But the 60D is an APS-C so a picture will be cropped in a sense and will look closer than they are. In my experience, this lens really excels for full frame cameras. But it's personal opinion.

A: Yes it is. It can be opened to f/4 when at 70 mm. At 300 mm the maximum aperture is f/5.6

A: No, this will not work. This also cannot be adapted to work on any EF-Mount camera. The flange distance of the RF mount is much shorter than the EF-Mount, and so cannot be adapted. There is no way to use this lens on an EF-Mount camera.
