The #312 Canary RoscoSleeve T5 x 60" from Rosco is used to produce a specific visual effect for stage and photographic pursuits. A: You will need to go higher on the ISO depending on lighting. For sports ideally you want a speed of 1/1000 sec. With sports just be prepared to take a lot of shots and delete. Even with a sports camera like a 1 DX you miss shots. Gym halls are usually pretty bright so the ISO 6400 should work fine. Honestly, even with my 1 DX I don't like to go above 6400. Just try and keep the speed to 1/1000 sec
