Q: 1. does it have ext mic port?

A: No. Unfortunately it does not have a jack to enable the use of an external microphone. Camera kicks butt though. 18-55 Lens is great. 75-300 lens is more than adequate, and I use it all the time to capture sports photos.

A: Great product!

Q: 3. The 250 has image stabilizor?

A: Yes, this lens does have image stabilization. That is what the IS stands for in the description of the lens

Q: 4. Why when i focuse via viewfinder it take up to 1sec but with live mode it took up to 6 sec?

A: The Canon EOS Digital Rebel T5 DSLR camera uses phase detection autofocus when using the camera's optical viewfinder, while contrast detection is used when using the camera's LCD screen to focus during Live View. Phase Detection autofocus is much faster and is the standard focusing system used on SLR/DSLR cameras when using the optical viewfinder. Contrast Detection autofocus is the standard focusing system used on many point-and-shoot cameras (and some DSLR cameras), which is why many point-and-shoot cameras traditionally focus slower than SLR/DSLR or other interchangeable lens cameras (some of this has changed on some cameras due to recent technology advances). However, as the Canon T5 uses contrast detection during Live View when using the LCD screen, it will focus more slowly compared to using the optical viewfinder. If you need faster autofocus when using the LCD viewfinder, as stated on page 74 of the camera's instruction manual, you would have to use the Quick Mode: AF Quick autofocus setting. However, as stated in the manual, although you may focus on the target subject quickly, the Live View image will be interrupted momentarily during the autofocus operation. This is because the camera shuts down Live View to use the regular phase detection focusing system. Refer to pages 71-75 in your instruction manual for Live View focusing options.

Q: 10. Can this camera shoot long exposures? I'd like to use it to do night sky photography.
