I am on my 3rd back-up battery & am very satisfied. My only complaint is that this year I ordered it...it was shipped immediately...& then I got a discount offer. They could not apply the discount to my order. Bummer! But as for the product, I am very satisfied! Customer service was friendly & apologetic that they were not able to give me the discount. It never hurts to ask, though. 5

This is mainly for B&H - their service is great. The product itself is ... well ... a battery. Its expensive (only about $20 less than a brand new device it goes in) . . . but its hot swappable and I wanted to try and not produce more used tech garbage. I hope it lasts longer than the last one. Easy to install. 5
