Designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim, the 220V 24704ELS Tensioned Advantage Electrol 45 x 80" Ceiling-Recessed Motorized Screen from Da-Lite is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets are included to make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

The Advantage Electrol screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Id like to try continuous lighting with this. Is this possible and what would be an affordable option that is cool so that it doesn’t get too hot?

A: Kathleen, There are many options out there, but we recommend LED due to the low heat they put off. One of the best solutions is the Solix Compact Kit. Westcott Part #6250 (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1362959-REG/westcott_6250_solix_compact_kit.html)

Q: 2. Will this work with a StarFlash 150?

A: Yes, this would work with StarFlash 150.

Q: 3. Good day, will it be synchronized if I put it on Nikon D850 with Godox Professional Studio Flash?

A: It would be synchronized if you buy 2 transceivers - with the included PC cable

Q: 4. Can I use this transceiver with Elinchrom D-Lite 400W/s RX 4 Flash Head?

A: If you had 2 of these transceivers you could use it with the Elinchrom D-Lite 400W/s RX 4 Flash Head. The Impact PowerSync 16-80 will not fire the internal receiver on the Elinchrom. You need to have 1 PowerSync 16-80 attached to the 3.5mm sync port of the Elinchrome and 1 PowewerSync 16-80 on the camera.

Q: 5. Is the Impact PowerSync 16-80 Transceiver compatible with the pocket-wizard Plus III ? I have several Pocket wizards and would like to expand with the impact poer synk 16-80

A: No. The different manufacturers use different frequency ranges. Sometimes these frequency ranges are different even among models of the same manufacturer. You must always check if different models are compatible.

Q: 6. Will this work with a speed light?

A: Yes, the 45 Halo is designed to work with speed lights. You will need an adjustable shoe mount umbrella bracket to mount your speed light and the Halo.

Q: 7. I’d like to try continuous lighting with this. Is it possible and if so what would be an affordable but quality option?

A: Yes, it is possible however we recommend a LED light source due to the 300W heat resistance rating that the Halo fabric carries. One popular option for an LED light source is the Solix Compact Kit (Westcott SKU #6250) due to its versatile modifier options and its price.

Q: 8. I bought the Impact PowerSync16-80 Transceiver because it's backward compatible, but it will not fire my Speedlite 430 EX or my Travelite 750's... I can see that it is triggering on the display, but nothing happens. Any advice?

A: The PowerSync 16-80 is backward compatible with the Impact PowerSync 16. The PowerSync 16-80 will only trigger PowerSync 16-80 and PowerSync 16 receivers. When using the PowerSync 16-80, which has 80 channels, with the PowerSync 16, which has only 16 channels, use the dip switch guide found inside the battery door of the PowerSync 16-80. The PowerSync 16-80 uses channels 65-80 to correspond to the 16 channels on the PowerSync 16. Additionally, make sure all groups are shut off on the PowerSync 16-80.

Q: 9. Can you use this with the Amaran 60D?

A: The Neewer Octagonal Softbox (45") is not compatible with the amaran 60D. It is made for speedlights.

Q: 10. Hi, I have a set of 3 Impact VC500WL strobes, does this transceiver work with the internal receiver of the stobes to trigger them?

A: I am not familiar with the Impact strobes. I have used them on Profoto's Acute2 1200 & 2400 generators and Alien Bee 1600. I have found they do not work on Norman 12/12 (very old).

Okay, I've been a filmmaker for a littler over 7 years now and I don't know why it never dawned on me to buy a bag suited for all the gear I own. But I just recently purchased this bag and it is wonderful! I have a normal book bag and that is where I always had all my camera equipment but inside it would always be scraping up against each other and then wear down all the equipment. But with this bag, it has everything so neatly organized where I can find things so much easier and keep it in mint condition. I definitely recommend everyone to purchase this bag. But take notice that this bag only has room for one camera and a few lenses. Which is perfect for me but I know everyone else usually has more then one camera and more lenses so for the beginner/intermediate, I would definitely recommend this bag.

Great backpack, very comfortable and secure. Many ways to customize the inside withe the inserts included. Several pockets for storage. The rain cover, however is not waterproof but only moderately water-repellant.

This backpack is stellar and functional! It is perfect for carrying a laptop, camera, lenses, chord, caps, cards, and even has a tripod holder on the bottom of the pack and a rain cover! Completely carry ALL of your gear hands FREE!! I highly recommend it to any avid photog; pro or amateur!

As my camera gear expands, so do my needs for a larger bag. While this is mid-size, it fits two mirrorless camera bodies, lenses and my GoPro. I would like to have more adjustable straps for some of my smaller tripods, but the weather cover is an added bonus. Good quality and comfortable to wear as a backpack.

There is nothing I do not love about this backpack. I use it to store my DSLR, along with multiple lenses, my mic, SD cards, pins for gels, quick plates, spare batteries, and I can STILL put even more into it easily. It is great quality, for a great price, and the design was clearly made for the professional photo/videographer, with anything you would need in mind. It even has built in SD slots that are soft and padded to throw your card in, so it won't scratch when you have a quick change. The main inside is soft padded, and comes with walls of padded cushion, that you can mold and stick onto the sides AND each other to create a design specifically to protect your set up and what you have. I put my lenses in, and wrapped it around each until it was snug and wouldn't wiggle, then stuck it onto the sides, so now everything I have has a perfect fit, sized exactly for it. There are enough pouches, pockets, zippers, for whatever you would need to hold. One of MY FAVORITE things about it, is the built in, very sleekly hid away rain cover, at the bottom. So if you ever have it in the rain you can pull it out, and it conforms to the shape of the bag and covers it perfectly, also a trick I learned, was when you need to set the bag down on something wet like snow, or just wet ground, take the rain cover out, and instead of putting it over the top to cover the whole bag, put it around the bottom so you can set it down and keep it dry.
