A: This will not work with your Celestron Scope. This is only made for iOptron GoTo mounts.

A: The iOptron StarFi Adapter uses the SkySafari from Simulation Curriculum Corp for the app. There is no limitation for the web browser when using your computer.

A: The iOptron StarFi Adapter is not supported for use with the AZ Mount Pro Head.

Q: 4. I have an IEQ45 Pro Mount. Will this pier work with that mount?

A: Yes, it will be fully compatible..

Q: 5. Will I need this additional counterweight to balance a 5.2lb setup on the Skyguider Pro? The tracker already comes with one, but I'm not sure if it will be enough to balance the mount.

A: It will depend on the items you are mounting.

A: No, the iOptron 8" MiniPier for GoTo Mounts will not work with the iOptron GEM45 Equatorial GoTo Mount with 1.75" LiteRoc Tripod. Alternatively one can use the iOptron 6" MiniPier for CEM40/GEM45 Mounts, BH #IO8031 (https://bhpho.to/3pFRBXX).

A: That is not listed as compatible.

Q: 9. Will this work with a SkyGuiderPro? Ioptron claims the 8408 works with it.

A: According to iOptron, the iOptron Go2Nova Hand Controller 8410 does not work with the SkyGuider Pro.

Q: 10. Will this fit the 1.5" Literoc tripod which came with my CEM40 mount?

A: Unfortunately no. The 1.5 inch tripod needed the 8035-8 pier which is not made anymore.

If anyone was wondering, you can indeed use this with a Star Adventure GTI. That's what I am using it for, and it's done the trick. 5

This along with my 30pro and sky safari is just the cats meow! For a simple wireless connection to your ioptron mount, I just don't see how you can go wrong. Had zero problem connecting to iPhone or iPad first time. 5

I took a chance ordering this and I'm glad I did. I have a skywatcher eqm 35 which came with 2 11lb counter weights which are way too heavy to use when I was photographing with a dslr and lens. Luckily this weight fits the diameter of the counterweight bar and gives me proper balance wheb imaging. 5
