If you are planning on installing several of the speakers, you can use the 70 volt transformers and tap them up to 60 watts each. In this case, the amp you require would be based on the total wattage needed when you add up the wattage of each speaker in your 70 volt system.

A: Yes. These are in-ceiling rated for drywall. They may contact insulation as they are an integrated back-box design.

As another option, the QSC ISA300Ti Commercial Power Amplifier (B&H # QSISA300TI) is a standard amp rated at 180W per channel at 8 Ohms and also operates at 70V for a constant voltage setup.
