The white CBM is an aluminum conduit base designed to be used with select Hikvision dome cameras. It has a 10 lb load-bearing capacity. This conduit base must be installed on a flat surface that can support over three times the total weight of the camera and the mount.

A very solidly constructed metal product that includes a Liquidtight waterproof gland. I got this unit because I wanted to ceiling-mount one of my Hikvision HS-2DE2A404IW mini PTZ cameras. Currently B&H only lists the compatible wall mount, but not this one. I called Hikvision directly to verify that this is the item to use for ceiling mounts if you need a J-box. 5
