Q: 1. I have a JVC 790. My camera weighs 11lbs with the battery mounted. Can I power the camera with the lower battery? Can I balance an 11lb camera on this?

A: It is possible to power the JVC GY-HM790 ProHD ENG / Studio Camera on the Steadicam AERO 15 Stabilizer System with Gold Mount Battery Plate and 7" Monitor using a D-Tap to 4-pin XLR cable that is regulated to the 12v power 4-pin port on the camera. Regarding the balancing, the arm with sled supports up to 10lbs. If the payload exceeds 10lbs, it is recommended to use a stronger arm. The Steadicam AERO 30 Stabilizer System with A-30 Arm & Gold Mount Battery Plate is an example that supports up to 20lb payload on the sled. See the link below: https://bhpho.to/2GKAaNJ

A: The Aero 15 is only compatible with Steadicam Stabilizers. It will not work with a Glidecam system. There are however arm and vest systems that will work with Glidecam stabilizers such as the X-10 Dual Support Arm Stabilizer Vest System, B&H # GLX10. Q: 10. Also, can this fly with bigger camera like FS5/FS7 or Canon c200 or Ursa mini? or should I go for Aero 30 system? but my own camera is A7S II, will be greta if anyone has experience can help, cheers

A: The Aero 15 arm/vest has a payload capacity of 15lbs including the sled/battery. This means that your camera payload should stay below 8-10lbs in most cases. if your camera payload exceeds this weight, you should look at the Aero 30 which has a weight capacity of 30lbs.
