Designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim, the 120V 24708BLSI Tensioned Advantage Electrol 65 x 116" Ceiling-Recessed Motorized Screen from Da-Lite is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets are included to make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

The Advantage Electrol screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Note: This box is part of a system. To complete the system you will also require the fabric, roller, and motor assembly. Purchasing the box first allows the box to be installed during the "rough-in" phase of construction. The screen and other components can then be installed once construction is complete. Please be sure to select the fabric, roller, and motor assembly with the exact size and features as designated by this box. The fabric, roller, and motor that goes with this model number is: 24708FLSI.

Ideal for applications where projector brightness and screen size require an increase in gain, the white surface offers high-fidelity color reproduction, and allows for more flexibility with ambient light conditions. This surface works for video as well as charts and graphs in a corporate setting. Cone 150° Gain: 1.3

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can I monitor the sound through the headphone jack and through the phone when using Track E here in Philippines?

A: Yes you can monitor audio through the headphone jack on your smartphone using the Tentacle Sync Track E.

Q: 2. If I use a Tentacle with a Zoom H6, recording the timecode audio in one channel and at the audio output of the H6 I connect it to a camera via 3.5mm. Can post-production synchronize the timecode audio generated by the Tentacle of the h6 and the camera?

A: The Zoom H6's line output downmixes all channels to stereo. The only way to preserve isolation would be to record your timecode and audio as a stereo channel, with each panned hard left/right.

Q: 3. can you use a shotgun microphone with the track E?

A: Yes, you can use a shotgun microphone with the Tentacle Sync Track E Pocket Recorder, however, the mic will need to connect using a 3.5mm TRS locking connector and must either operate using a battery for power or be capable of functioning with plug-in power of 5V of less. For example, the Rode VideoMic GO II (B&H # ROVMGII) or VideoMicro (B&H # ROVIDEOMICRO ) can be used when connected with a cable like the Sennheiser CL1 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS locking cable (B&H # SECL1). Or you can use a mic like the Sennheiser MKE 600 Shotgun Microphone (B&H # SEMKE600) when powered with a AA battery and connected with a cable like the Sennheiser CL2 (B&H # SECL2) XLR female to 3.5mm TRS locking cable.

Q: 4. Can this provide power to a microphone such as a Deity S-Mic 2S and record 32-bit via that or other shotgun mics?

A: No, the Track E does not supply phantom power which is typically 48V. The 3.5mm input on the Track E can supply 5V of plug-in power which is sufficient for many lavalier microphones and small shotgun mics like the Deity S-Mic 2S or Rode VideoMicro. You could use a shotgun mic that is powered by batteries or a separate phantom power supply. But keep in mind that the input on the Track E is a locking 3.5mm connector so you would need to use adapters in order to connect mics that have non-locking plugs. A cable like the Sennheiser CL-1 (B&H # SECL1) has a locking and non-locking 3.5mm connectors. You can attach a female to female adapter like the Hosa Technology GMM303 3.5mm Female Stereo Mini to 3.5mm Female Stereo Mini Adapter (B&H # HOASMFSMF) to the non-locking end and that would enable compatibility for mics that have non-locking connectors.

Q: 5. Can I use a time code sync as well as a mic/recorder? Like the sync-e. Dual function

A: No, the TRACK E works via Bluetooth with the Tentacle Setup App. You can change the settings, sync it with other Tentacles or start and stop the recording wirelessly. It can also get jam-synced by external Timecode source. But it doesn't give the signal out! So it cannot replace a Tentacle SYNC E.

Q: 6. What is the right cable to connect the RED Komodo EXT port for timecode?

A: The Tentacle Sync SYNC E can be used as the Timecode generator to feed a signal into to RED Komodo.

Q: 7. Can I monitor audio with my bluetooth connected wireless headphones from my iphone that has the app and is also connected to the Tentacle via bluetooth?

A: No, the Bluetooth feature on the Track E is only for syncing and it does not carry an audio signal for headphones, just status. Perhaps they may add that type of option in the future. For now, the only way to listen to the audio for monitoring is through the wired headphone jack on the Track E.

Q: 8. Does the Track E and Sync E need to be connected to the phone all the time ? If the actor moves away from me does it stop working ?

A: No, the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic and Timecode Support does not require connection to a device running a Tentacle Sync application to function. App connection does allow control over settings and parameters, however. The device will not cease operation if it finds itself out of Bluetooth range and loses connection to the app.

Q: 9. Can it be sync with timecode with a BMPCC 6K Pro?

A: Although both the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic and Timecode Support and the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro have timecode functionality, it may be hard to jam sync the two together. Neither device outputs timecode, other than the 6K Pro via the HDMI signal. In this scenario, neither device is capable of acting as the main clock source.

Q: 10. Will this device allow me to use an external mic, as well as receive the timecode from the Tentacle Sync at the same time? I have a Panasonic GH5.

A: The Tentacle TRACK E itself does not output a Time code signal. Instead it can get synced with a Tentacle Sync SYNC Es. This tiny Time code generator can feed any DSLR/Mirrorless camera with Audio TC. To feed an external mic into your GH5 you can use the following adapter: https://bhpho.to/2Sw5pE7 The splitter cable allows you to record an external mic along the auxiliary time code signal on your GH5.
