Designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim, the 220V 24716EBLS Tensioned Advantage Electrol 72.5 x 116" Ceiling-Recessed Motorized Screen from Da-Lite is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets are included to make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

The Advantage Electrol screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Note: This box is part of a system. To complete the system you will also require the fabric, roller, and motor assembly. Purchasing the box first allows the box to be installed during the "rough-in" phase of construction. The screen and other components can then be installed once construction is complete. Please be sure to select the fabric, roller, and motor assembly with the exact size and features as designated by this box. The fabric, roller, and motor that goes with this model number is: 24716EFLS.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this also be offered with a TA4 Connector? I've only seen a Sennheiser connector mentioned.

A: Yes, you can jam-sync the Tenatcle TRACK E from an Original Tenatcle via the 3.5mm TRS cable.

Q: 2. Is the Tascam DR-10 lav compatible?

A: Yes, the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder Basic Box with Timecode Support is compatible with the TASCAM TM-10LB Lavalier Microphone for DR-10L Digital Recorder.

Q: 3. Can you use the app to rename the filenames of the recordings?

A: You cannot rename the files in the app but you can name the devices in the app.

Q: 4. Is there a tentacle sync compatible recorder that can provide 48V phantom power?

A: Almost any professional audio recorder with XLR microphone inputs will be able to provide phantom power. When it comes to compatibility with the Tentacle Sync, the best option would be a recorder with timecode input such as the Zoom F6 for example. However, your choice of a recorder should be based on your needs such as number of inputs, recording format, and so on, and in a pinch timecode data from the Tentacle Sync can be recorded on a spare audio track.

Q: 5. Does the Track E and Sync E need to be connected to the phone all the time ? If the actor moves away from me does it stop working ?

A: No, the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic and Timecode Support does not require connection to a device running a Tentacle Sync application to function. App connection does allow control over settings and parameters, however. The device will not cease operation if it finds itself out of Bluetooth range and loses connection to the app.

Q: 6. will this device work with other lav mics? If I wanted to plug in a rode or sennheiser lav, would all the functions work?

A: This pocket recorder can use any mic wired with the Sennheiser wiring, and with a locking 3.5mm connector. These include Sennheisr, Rode and other brands like Countryman and Tram,. PLease be aware that Sony wired lav mics will NOT work with this unit, even though they have the same connection.

Q: 7. If I have two Track E pocket recorders, can I sync them with the phone app, or do I have to have the Sync E in order to sync?

A: Yes, it is possible to sync multiple Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorders and to control them using the phone app.

Q: 8. If my camera don't have timecode do I need a Sync E too ?

A: When used alongside a camera that does not have timecode onboard, the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic and Timecode Support could pair with a Tentacle Sync E mkII Timecode Generator, where the Sync E feeds timecode into the camera's audio input to be recorded and decoded later in editing for syncing with the TRACK E's recorded audio.

Q: 9. Stereo or mono-only input?

A: The Tentacle TRACK E is a mono recorder. It records one track only.

Q: 10. Can this provide power to a microphone such as a Deity S-Mic 2S and record 32-bit via that or other shotgun mics?

A: No, the Track E does not supply phantom power which is typically 48V. The 3.5mm input on the Track E can supply 5V of plug-in power which is sufficient for many lavalier microphones and small shotgun mics like the Deity S-Mic 2S or Rode VideoMicro. You could use a shotgun mic that is powered by batteries or a separate phantom power supply. But keep in mind that the input on the Track E is a locking 3.5mm connector so you would need to use adapters in order to connect mics that have non-locking plugs. A cable like the Sennheiser CL-1 (B&H # SECL1) has a locking and non-locking 3.5mm connectors. You can attach a female to female adapter like the Hosa Technology GMM303 3.5mm Female Stereo Mini to 3.5mm Female Stereo Mini Adapter (B&H # HOASMFSMF) to the non-locking end and that would enable compatibility for mics that have non-locking connectors.
