Imperial Delay from Boz Digital is a delay plug-in that provides complete control over every nuance of a delay, while simultaneously being easy to use. The list of controls is comprehensive and each function can be adjusted with a single knob, but the unit also features advanced controls where deeper adjustments are required. The delays times can be free running, synced to host tempo, or entered using tap tempo.
The left and right delays have separate controls along with pitch shifting of the delays. Built-in ducking is available, where the direct signal brings down the level of the delay effect to avoid "overcrowding". Dynamic feedback has two levels of feedback, level-dependent on the loudness of the input signal. Smear provides a low-pass filter effect for placing the delay signal deeper into the background, with the effect applied progressively with each feedback pass.

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Is the internal battery removable? Can I purchase extra battery for more run time?
A: Hi Tim - the EKP Receiver for our AVX system has removable lithium-ion batteries that are easily swapped. The battery model number for the EKP Receiver is BA 20 - it has a 4hr run time and can be recharged to 30% in 15 minutes, 60% in 30 minutes, 75% in 40 minutes and to full capacity in 75 minutes. Additionally, the battery can charge while in operation, so you can use a power bank and a USB micro cable to extend the operating time.
Q: 2. One thing that is kind of unclear from the overview, video and all sources I have read online is what powers the receiver. I understand that if you use it with the 3.5mm output for a DSLR you will need the supplied power pack. But if it is connected via XLR to a camera that supplies phantom power will it be able to work endlessly just from the cameras power or does it still need the power pack. The weight of the item is listed without the weight of the power pack. If you need this power pack even with phantom power through XLR, how much is the total weight with power pack?
A: The receiver has a small battery attached. This is the way it's powered. When the receiver is attached to an xlr connection and phantom power is switched on the unit will see the phantom power and shut off and turn on when the camera is turned off or on. The xlr on the camera Does Not power the receiver. It only acts to save the on board battery of the receiver when the camera is turned off/on. The receiver battery lasts for approx. 4 hours.
Q: 3. Full version of of Lightroom pc software
A: The PhotoshopCAFE Lightroom 6 for Digital Photographers (Electronic Download) is an instructional DVD on how to operate Lightroom 6 features.
Q: 4. Are two of these receiver modules slim enough that that can plug directly onto adjacent XLR inputs on an audio console?
A: The BOSS Digital Wireless Microphone Plug-In System's receiver measures 0.9 x 3.9 x 1.1" / 23 x 99 x 27 mm. It would be best to measure the clearance you have on your particular console.
Q: 5. How long will the batter last? How many hours?
A: The Sennheiser AVX EKP Camera-Mount Digital Plug-In Receiver (1.9 GHz) has an estimated running time of 4 hours on a full battery charge.
Q: 6. Do these lenses have any filter threads? Do they transmit any lens metdata (i.e. Cooke/i or LDS)?
A: The Whitepoint Optics TS70 40mm Lens has a 114mm Front Diameter that would work with Matte Boxes. It does not transmit metadata.
Q: 7. Can it be charged via D-Tap power source? (DC 11.9-17v) With a D tap to Micro USB cable? And is it operable while plugged in?
A: You could use the AVX with a D-Tap power source, however you would need to ensure the voltage out to the unit is 5v. Here's a cable that could regulate the power: BH #GYDTAPMUSBLC. The AVX can be powered via micro-usb while in use.
Q: 8. Would it be possible to in any manner whatsoever to use the SLXD3 with the ULXD or QLXD wireless systems from Shure?
A: The Shure SLXD3 Digital Plug-On XLR Transmitter is unfortunately not compatible with ULXD or QLXD systems. ULXD and QLXD systems do have (limited) cross-compatibility, but SLXD systems are only compatible with SLXD components.
Q: 9. What orientations are available via rotation? Left/right facing? Up/down facing? Any locks or clicks in between, or is it a tension held system? Thanks! Looking for one of these ASAP!
A: The Sennheiser AVX EKP rotates clock wise and counter clock wise. It also has detentes and will click into place when you rotate the receiver. Its a very cool system, it was designed primarily for run and gun applications.
Q: 10. Is it possible to run up to 6 pairs(that is 6 transmitters linked to its corresponding receivers) at the same time.
A: Yes, up to 8 Sennheiser AVX EKP Camera-Mount Digital Plug-In Receivers and their corresponding transmitters can be used simultaneously within the 98' operating range.
