Q: 3. Is there a corresponding receiver plate that would allow for mounting on a tripod?

A: No, there is currently no available option for mounting this on a tripod.

Q: 4. I would like to use both the 1/4-20 and the 3/8" mounting screws with the smallrig d850 #2129 cage Is that possible?

Q: 5. Is there a part that would allow us to mount the focus motor and rod clamp to the front of the plate like the original can? This only has the mounting holes on the sides.

A: The farthest distance the remote can work wirelessly is 262'. The RF transmission is powerful enough to go through drywall/sheetrock, but not concrete walls, or if the wall is far from the TX/RX.

A: The Tilta Power Supply Base Plate for Select DJI Gimbals (B&H# TIGAPBP) does not add nor subtract any remote switching ability to the gimbal. The gimbal will still work as it would if it were attached to the battery grip directly. This product does not add a remote switching ability.

Q: 9. Can I power this with a 14.8V battery? I have the Core SWX Hypercore NEO Slim 98Wh Gold mounts and I am hoping they will work?

A: Yes, you can use any block battery with a D-tap port to pass power through the Tilta Power Supply Base Plate.

Cheaper than the other 3rd party power bases. I bought this in tandem with the Tilta Power Pass-Through Plate with V mount, so I can power my camera, gimbal, and all the accessories off of one battery that actually counterbalances the weight of the camera. Really nice solution that keeps me powered up all day. 5

This is a perfect fit for the Canon C70, allowing three mounting points on the bottom. This results in a solid mount with consistent forward angle and no bushings/adapters. Also, this allows the hand strap to remain on, as you have more side to side adjustability. 5

The tiny plate that ships with the RS2 just doesn't cut it. This is a much needed replacement. It fits perfectly and I no longer have to be concerned about the camera shifting in the middle of a shoot. 5

I recently purchased this to use with the Canon C70 and the DJI RS 2. The plate allowed me to use 3 screws to securely attach the C70. Not only was this great on the RS2, but I also use Arca swiss on my tripod as my method of quick release. This allowed me to swap between handheld gimble shots and static shots quickly. 5

The is a must need accessory for the DJI Ronin S2. I highly recommend getting this immediately upon purchase of your Ronin gimbal. Will help in the different types of cameras you will try and balance. 5
