I cannot guarantee it will, though, and recommend finding a way to get your hands on a cage to try your camera on for testing purposes.

I recently bought a VK7 for my new SuperFly and I got the AC107P battery plate, because I already have some high capacity batteries from my HPX170. I decided to go with the plate on the rig (as opposed to mounted on the monitor) to give me better balance on my 7D rig, all together. I found the AC107P Battery Adapter to fit my batteries perfectly, making it the most affordable solution on the market for my rig. 5
