Q: 1. Has this product been updated to include Cream glove leather lining and have all black hardware as depicted on the Hold Fast website ?

A: Sadly no. I even called to confirm it had black rings and rivets. They said yes. They shipped me the chrome one. I tried to send it back but they didnt take it. Money maker wont exchange it because its an older model.

Q: 2. Is there a way to order without D-rings?

A: you mean the extra four rings on the strap? as far as I know there is no option to have this without the rings, and they can't be removed.

Q: 3. How easy or hard is it to take the camera off the harness to move to a tripod?

A: It is easy to take teh camera off the HoldFast Gear MoneyMaker 2-Camera Harness.

Q: 4. I have noticed that the clips that attach to the camera in the picture are the older version there is a newer one that has a safety thinking built in. Will the one I order be the latest version? And will you be getting in the large explorer lens pouches?

A: We are selling the newer version which has changed to a newer clasping mechanism as well as the new addition to a tether as well. Currently, we do not carry the Large Explorer Lens Pouches.

Q: 5. Does it come with the new adjustable Sliders with anti-pinch design?

A: Mine did not come with the new sliders I purchased mine before those were released

Q: 6. How easy is it to photograph if i were to use the Holdfast with my Canon 70-200 mounted to the Tripod collar ( assuming its a heavy lens and i dont want to stress the mount ) ?? A greater portion of the camera should jut out behind the strap once its mounted onto the tripod collar and i was hence wondering if it would protrude much more against my chest and prove difficult while holding against the viewfinder.

A: I honestly don't see the HF MM helping in that situation. The moment you raise the camera from your body, it is no longer being pulled down by gravity so the HF really is not helping. I could be wrong, though.

Q: 7. How do you order the medium size for someone 5' 10 tall The description is far from clear about sizing

A: On the items page, under Review, Color you will see Size. Click Medium to select that size.

Q: 8. Is this the same as the medium size on the HoldFast Gear website?

A: I beleive these are the larger ones as I am a bigger guy and they fit me well! I hope this helps

Q: 9. Which leather is softest/most pliable?

A: Holdfast Gear states that, of their options, the American Bison is definitely the softest leather; next is the water buffalo and then the bridle leather is the most stiff to start out with but softens over time.

A: I have the regular, I'm 5' 11 190 lbs, very comfortable, it adjusts both ways from my belt hole.
