A smaller case with decent depth. I needed a case for my eyepieces and extenders so I defaulted to my standard, Nanuk. Sure, there is decent competition from the P people, but I prefer the lightness and sizing of Nanuk, without the loss of durability. I like the latching system as it doesn't require a second pounding or finger busting pop on opening. Better engineering, color choice, usability plus, this was substantially less expensive than the major competitor. 5

Seems to be working great at holding my cinema lens set. The latches have a positive action, general construction is solid and the cutouts are adequate. I can't find a reason to deduct a star. 5

I am so glad I bought this case while it was on sale in the B&H Deal Zone. It is very well built and I use it to store/protect my Canon EF 8-15mm L Fisheye, EF 135 L, EF 16-35 II L, EF 24-105 STM, EF-S 10-18 STM, and Rokinon 35mm 1.4. This case is very rugged and water tight, and the lens slots worked perfectly for my lenses. However, do note that there is no room for lens hoods, so I simply store those in my camera backpack. 5

I have several medium format film cameras that I've wanted to store in a hard case with the ability to customize the layout per camera. I purchased the Nanuk 918 in Olive on a daily deal and it was absolutely worth the cost. Inside the case are 3 separate levels of pluckable foam easily cut with a simple kitchen knife. I placed the camera on top and used several long skewers to define the corner lines for how to cut out my shapes. I only went through the first two layers leaving the third on the bottom for support. I now have my Fujica GSW690II (Texas Leica) next to my Mamiya C220 TLR camera with a strap well supported and protected in the Nanuk 918 hard case. 5

I've bought it for my Rokinon DS Cine lenses (14, 35, 85, 100) and a couple of odd lenses. It worked great, it has great build. Most lenses fitted perfectly, for other I've had to widen a bit the precut holes, but that was expected. 5

I've always dreamed of custom laser cut foam for my gear and Nanuk's pre cut system is as close as I've ever gotten. The removable inserts make it pretty customizable for the size of the lenses keeping them much safer than they ever were. 5

This case fits my Rokinon Cine DSX lenses. As others pointed out before me, this case has two stages of padding within the cups. For the 35-mm lens, you need to remove both stages of foam, providing the deepest cup. 5
