The Heliopan 67mm Close-Up +3 Lens is a convex diopter designed to decrease the minimum focus distance of any lens in order to produce a shorter working distance for close-up photography. Available in varying strengths, close-up lenses also feature 67mm front filter threads for combining two or more filters to fine-tune results.

The front and rear surfaces of the filter both feature a single anti-reflection coating. Each coating helps to increase light transmission by reducing reflections, scattered light, and ghosting. Additionally, they offer protection to the filter substrate while helping to keep the glass clean for longer than uncoated glass.

This Heliopan filter is constructed from Schott glass for increased optical clarity and color fidelity. It features a brass filter ring for durability as well as jamming prevention.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. does this filter fit tamron 60mm lens?

A: No, the Tamron SP 60mm f/2 Di II 1:1 Macro Lens uses a 55mm filter. You can use the Heliopan 55mm Close-Up +3 Lens.

Q: 2. These fit 67 mm lenses, but can I get the desired "macro" effect using a 'zoom' lens?

A: If you are referring to the Sirui 35mm f/1.8 Anamorphic 1.33x Lens (MFT Mount), B&H # SISR35M, the above lens has 67mm filter threads. As such, yes, you may connect the Tiffen 67mm Close-up Lens Set onto the filter threads on the Sirui lens. The lens' listed minimum focus distance is 33.5" (85 cm). When using the Tiffen 67mm Close-up Lens Set, you will be able to focus closer than the listed 33.5" (85 cm) minimum focus distance for close-up macro photography usage needs. Actual focus distance will depend on which filter (or combination of filters) you use on the lens. Do note you will still have to focus manually as this is not an autofocus lens.

Q: 4. This will solve the field curvature of the CV 35 mm 1.7 on mirrorless cameras?

A: We are not sure of what lens you are asking about. Maybe the Voigtlander Ultron 35mm f/1.7 Aspherical Lens (Black) B&H # VO3517K? A: You can stack these without any problems.

Q: 10. What is ES 77 No.3?

A: This is the strongest option for close-up shooting. This filter is essentially a very high quality diopter that allows a lens to focus closer then it would normally focus. A close-up filter is an alternative to using a focus tube which would also accomplish the same goal but with a bit more light loss.
