I did not encounter any issues with assembly. A stub screwdriver is included but you'll want to use your own nicer one because the parts of the rack come with numerous screws pre-screwed in which have to come out first. I screwed together all parts loosely first followed by tightening to help with hole alignment. I had also purchased a shelf and appropriate mounting hardware but the extra hardware was unnecessary because the baggies of 10-32 screws and 12-24 screws that were included with the rack were more than sufficient. Very minor notes: the Auray badge stuck to the front was also offset on my rack, and, the main B&H image of the rack shows the back plate below the front edge of the top which is a little funny because the manual indicates it's to be installed on the back--not that it matters. 5

This was pretty easy to put together, the rails are spaced correctly, and it rolls easily. I love that I can use the top as a table. It's perfect for the location I have it in my house. 5

Overall for the price this is a great rack. Assembles pretty easily. Feels nice and sturdy. I wouldn't use it for anything that moves often but for stationary installs I think it's a great value. 5

Instructions would have been nice, but otherwise a quality piece that led to many additional purchases. Got it to house my rack mounted EQ and my Receiver, but soon added a power supply and drawer. Great way to get a lot of equipment in a compact and efficient space. 5
