$297.00 $397.98

Powered by the Best Service Engine 2 and available for download, Voyager Drums is a virtual instrument providing two different Yamaha drum kits—a Maple Custom and a Recording Custom (both instruments featuring Paiste cymbals)—as well as a library of MIDI grooves. Each drum kit allows you three different timbres based on the microphone positioning at the time of sampling: direct delivers a close-mic sound, while overhead provides a combination of the direct signal and the overheads; the full kit setting combines overhead signal, direct audio, and room mics for additional ambiance.

Recorded at 24-bit/96 kHz on gear provided by SPL, API, Apogee, Neumann, Sennheiser, and other notable pro-audio companies, Voyager Drums provides 16 velocity layers and five round robins (multiple samples per note to avoid the synthetic repetitive hits of multiple drum-strikes). Furthermore, each microphone position sports individual controls such as volume, panning, attack, and decay. This virtual instrument includes the Best Service Engine 2, and is compatible with Windows and Mac platforms. It can operate within standalone, VST, and AU formats.

A Trigger function facilitates the augmentation of your found kick, snare, and tom sounds with the sounds provided by Voyager Drums. This application has many practical benefits, such as lending a more "expensive" feeling to a kit recorded at less-than-optimal conditions. The trigger section sports individual delay and pitch control as well.

Here a compressor (with presets), an equalizer, a limiter, and a distortion module are offered for built-in tonal shaping.

The arranger allows you to trigger MIDI grooves from within Voyager Drums that are always in sync with your DAW or sequencer. You can select from 5 different speed presets, each containing 48 straight grooves, 12 triplet grooves, and 12 fills. The grooves have all been recorded according to the BPM settings, bringing you a total 360 individual variations. You can also find the grooves in your library folder as MIDI files for use in your DAW with other virtual instruments.

Q: 1. Can I use any electric drumset trigger with this? I have a Pearl Redbox kit and I'd like to switch the brain out for this.

A: According to Roland, when it comes to connecting non-Roland pads and triggers to the Roland TD-50X Prismatic V-Drums Sound Module, results can vary and chances are you will have to play around with the sensitivity and threshold settings of each pad or trigger in the module to get it to play smoothly, without crosstalk or mis-triggering. I purchased this because I was looking for a casual / weekender backpack for photoshoots and hikes. I was able to fit everything in here for a 2-3 day trip.

I watched all the youtube videos which were so helpful in setting up my camera bag. After using it for over two months, I can say that I'm extremely happy with this backpack!

There's a lot of detail work in this backpack. The side pockets are snug, lots of interior space, hidden pockets, and so comfortable to wear for a long hike.

I can also fit all my gear (1DX, 4 lenses, mavic, laptop, ipad, clothes, accessories like batteries/chargers).

It's not bulky which i also love. I'm very impressed with this camera backpack! Totally recommended!

Unique control capabilities by video pixel mapping for FX.
Can easily add multiple lights with latest firmware via Bluetooth.
Much brighter without the diffuser.
could have more presets, but can import any video to drive the lighting...

I've spent months looking for a camera bag that that doesn't look like a 'camera bag' - everything from Peak Design (nice but too tech-y) and Wandrd (too weird looking) to even Brevite (too basic and overpriced) and Nomatic's camera bag line (way overpriced).

I was able to easily fit all my camera gear (2 cameras, 4 lenses, filters, batteries, macbook 16, ipad, kindle, and even more accessories in the front). My photography business specializes in event photography and engagement photography so this is more than enough space for what I need it for.

The best part is that there's a hidden pocket on the bottom of the bag which i usually just put my rainbag in and some other essentials. This bag does not disappoint -- there is so much space for everything. The dividers are very strong and keeps all my gear in place.

I love that this bag has a USB port too. Many other bags don't have this so it was a great add-on. I'm able to charge my phone and camera when it's low battery.

I've been using this for over 3-months already and am so happy with this purchase.

Ok so yes there’s a lot of negative reviews. However they are all old and Mostly to do with app issues. I’m here to tell you that I’ve figured out and solved these issues! (As of Sep. 2023) Bluetooth should NEVER be used to connect these lights. Only using WiFi gives you a stable connection and no real issues. Bluetooth interferes and kicks you off randomly and messes with WiFi connection. I’ve had repeated success and now can trust these lights for use. The voyager app (iOS) needs to be freshly installed and when it asks to use Bluetooth you deny it! Do not use these lights via Bluetooth! Only use via WiFi and you’ll have a solid reliable connection. Set one of your lights in “router” mode by holding side button till indicator goes BLUE. Set your other lights as “client” do same thing but set to color GREEN. Now connect your iOS device to the WiFi that the “router” tube makes and enter the default password (dsputnik) launch your app. Deny all Bluetooth attempts. Add new lights, and wait for them all to pop up. It might take a min depending on how many. Select add all and boom you’re done. This has been tested over a few iOS devices running older and newer iOS and it’s working smoothly. Yes these had many issues when they came out, but they work really well now. Pixel mapping works very easily. You must highlight and select your lights in the app to then set FX. The FX panel doesn’t show up unless the lights are selected. This is another issue people thought pixel mapping didn’t work, when in fact it does, it just won’t show up unless you select the tubes first and then find the tabs. I haven’t tried it yet, but apparently these lights also work well via desktop app for Windows and Mac. Don’t give up on these. They DO work and are stable once you follow these steps! You can also use regular home WiFi routers to connect all the lights too. This works for extending range and making a strong single. Enjoy these lights again!

This backpack has made carrying my gear so much easier. I love the side access pocket which allows me to grab my camera while I am on the go. The full back access is great as well. I am able to store all my gear in an organized way and set up the dividers that works best for me. It is sturdy and protects the gear as it keeps it separate from each other. Also, so much storage space! I can fit so many items in this backpack between my gear in the back and my easy access items in the front pockets. Finding the perfect backpack for traveling with gear has been so difficult for me, but I can truthfully say that the Voyager makes it all worth it. I can't wait to get back out there on my next adventure with my Voyager backpack.

I purchased this bag because I was looking for the all-encompassing adventure camera backpack. What I got what much more than that!

The Voyager was able to fit my Nikon D500 with a 200-500 mm lens attached, Nikon z6, Nikon 24-70s lens, Nikon 50 mm 1.8 Sigma 70-200 mm lens, flash, my macbook 15 laptop, my iPad Pro, clothes for a 2 day trip, my battery holder as well as chargers, my SD card holder, my drone and so many more accessories.

The waist straps and sternum strap all make it easy to carry while on the go without feeling like the backpack is weighing a ton on your back. It has a side access pocket for when I'm on the move. It makes my camera easily accessible so that I never feel like I have to unload everything to get to my camera. The Voyager is not only functional, but it is also the best looking bag I've seen in the market yet (trust me, I've searched for it). I couldn't be happier with my pick!

Only thing I wish was available is a rain bag for when hiking during the colder weather.
