I saw some reviews questioning the build on this but I couldn't disagree more. I am very happy with the quality of material and it takes second to setup. Light quality is perfect for my needs. My first shoot was a table top Wine bottle shot - PERFECT.

I had one for about 2 years now. Then ordered one more recently (3/20). Both came with grid. Love the easy open and quick set/break down. I just leave the 2 baffles on the thing then just pack it in it’s case. No problems with wrinkles or premature wear. Love the tubular case. It’s slim and light for on location shoots. Light quality is great. No hot spots. Very recommended!

Sunset beach elopements are my bread and butter and after trying many lights and modifiers, I'm still struggling to find what I want. Ultimately, I need to replace my PCB 48 octo for something smaller that can still give me a true softer light. I also want to work with my PCB strobes or a my pocket flash. All this at an affordable price of course! I think the Phottix Raja Deep 60 is a good compromise. Overall the construction is sturdy. Poles are made of stainless steel and fittings are casted but look strong. The possibility to easily switch the standard bowen adapter for a balcar is efficient and takes seconds. The bowen fits perfectly with the Godox S2 bracket. The canvas is not bulky and thin enough to produce the parabolic shape, it's smooth and silver on the inside and with a window at the base to ease manipulation. The canopy covers the attachment ring perfectly and there are no leaks. There's two velcro tag on each pole sleeve to attach the reinforced baffle at two different position. The reflector dish is adjustable. The opening system works like an umbrella with an automatic lock and release type system. The softbox do come with a grid :) Contrary to the PCB softboxes, the access to release the umbrella must be done from the front by detaching the grid, the diffuser and the baffle. After firing a few shots at dusk, this hybrid parabolic-beauty-dish-softbox does the job, the light is definitely softer, no hot spot and the transition of light from the center to the edges is really nice and smooth. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Phottix for coming up with the Raja 60, I'm looking forward testing it in the field tomorrow!

The 41 soft box is a decent size for smaller spaces, as I shoot a lot of interviews on location in a variety of homes. Easy set up and break down as well.

Phottix is at the top of the list for the best value in quality lighting accessories. Bowens mount, inner diffusion, outer diffusion, grid and nice carry bag. All you need is the light.

Very easy to break down and setup. Cheap quality but I've had no issues with it yet. Great bang for the buck. Every once in a while the release gets hung up and doesn't want to snap into place but not an issue.

I needed a 32 grid for a collapsable beauty dish that was going to cost me $60. Since this came with one, it just made sense to pay $30 more to get the modifier. I discovered that I absolutely love the light I get when paired with my Godox VL150. I can't wait to use it in portrait work.
